At Amreli Steels, we place great emphasis  on strict quality control policies. Our testing facilities include electro-hydraulic universal testing machines with  capacities of 1000 KN and 2000 KN respectively. Additionally, we utilize an extensometer to accurately measure elongation at maximum strength. Our labs are  fully equipped to conduct bending tests on rebars and analyze the metallographic evolution of the material. The staff at our testing facility is professionally trained by foreign experts to operate the machines and ensure precise results. Our company maintains a state-of-the-art  testing laboratory where each heat produced is tested in accordance with International Standards (ASTM A-615, ASTM A-706 & BS 4449:2005).

Both destructive and non-destructive techniques are employed to characterize materials based on  their mechanical and physical properties. Universal Tensile  machines are utilized for this purpose and are calibrated using standards in accordance to both National and International Standards.
